  1. There are six steps to prepare an EM photo: Immerse, Identify, Start, Notes, Read and Step Out. Each one has its own tricky way to do but once its practiced, it won't be so hard. Starting with Immerse. He poked the eyelash into the water droplet and stirred item separating the slices from one another (Preston 193). Next is Identify. He took tweezers and picked up the slice and place it in a box and to his electron microscope. He then hit a switch, hunched down and put his head close to the screen to get a good look. He could see shapes and forms but just took note of what he was seeing. After is Read. He noticed the cell was actually dead and destroyed. He then finished his data and stepped out once he was done. These six steps helped him see what exactly was going on with the cells in more detail. To see exactly what was wrong, he had to go more in depth and do the EM photo to get clear samples. With these six steps, he was able to notice the cells in the image that he later had. This is helpful for scientists now that they have more variety in microscopes.
